INTRODUCTION

 

The improvement and application of new information technologies are as the main directions of an innovative technology in education. Improvement of new information technologies causes interests to training-control program, that will allow wide application in educational process.

"Knowing different languages is knowing different culture" istheworddevelopedundertoday's era.  President N. A. Nazarbayev in his message "Kazakhstan in the new world" paid special attention and accelerated the implementation on the cultural project Trinity of Languages. By 2050 Kazakhstan citizens will have been speakers of three languages and the society of free people.

Atpresent time, the state standard of education, the demand for obtaining a sufficient level of education standard of students, changes of traditional method sand teaching methods, the use of advanced technologies, methodological requirements for the level of teachers, teaching techniques and methods requires knowledge of new technologies.

The development of informative society objectively changes the aims and content of education, ways of its development. From this point of view, teacher faces important and unresolved issues, namely: the formation of the educational trajectory for students, assistance in  theorganization of self-upbringing; creating conditions for the introduction of new pedagogical technologies and methods; formation of studentsskills of working with different sources of information.

Inthisregard, containing scientific systemic information, convenient form of reading and learning for students and at the different ages level the introduction of electronic learning tools are important components in the educational process.

On the course "Theoretical basics of Inorganic chemistry" electronic textbook includes the following sections: a course of lectures, control and measuring materials, controlling questions, exercises and tasks, virtual laboratory work on the topics, a glossary, as well as test tasks on the self – mastered level of education. The electronic textbook provides an opportunity to study the theoretical material and check the level of comprehension.

The use of virtual laboratory experiment help to contribute, on the one hand, the interests in the studied subject, on the other hand, management of independent cognitive activity of students.

The presented electronic textbook transferring informative, logical, practical properties includes sufficient of necessary materials amount on the course inorganic chemistry.

Here by in accordance with the above, therelevance of the diploma paper in the direction of multilingual education with the usage of innovative technologies is nowadays basic need for younger generation to freely fly in the educational space, to know the secrets of the scientific world of, recognition of their abilities and capabilities.

The objective of the work: to create electronic textbook "Theoretical basics of Inorganic chemistry" which is based on progress of giving good conditions  for the highly effective multilingual curriculum for the development of the Informative society, introduction of new pedagogical technologies and methods.

To achieve this goal the following tasks were defined and presented to solve the problem:

·         Accumulation of methodical materials based on course "Theoretical basics of Inorganic chemistry";

·         In order to form competencies in the process of learning the course "Theoretical basics of Inorganic chemistry" to consider of new methods and techniques in course-training;

·         To design course easy and effective in mastering an electronic textbook for this, with theimplementation of not only teaching, but also evaluation and control functions;

·         Approbate the electronic textbooks of chemistry students.

Practical value: to control of the educational process based on the program of Multilingual education and the construction of an electronic textbook.

Scientific novelty: to embed learning tools for students of different ages containing of scientific and applied natural information, given in convenient form for learning and training process.
